Our IQF frozen “thaw and serve” range covers popular bread types as well as a wide range of lesser-known regional Mediterranean specialities. Most of our breads are sourced from the major durum wheat growing areas of Mediterranean, providing UK food processors and the catering sector with authentic Mediterranean products manufactured in the traditional Mediterranean way.

We have discovered a factory in Italy that has successfully combined the benefits of modern large scale production with the traditions of 24-hour natural rising, hand shaping and stretching as well as a wood burning industrial oven to produce pizza in the traditional Italian way.

Our pizza range comprises a broad range of products, from traditional toppings such as mozzarella, mushrooms, olives and anchovies to the gourmet flavours of wild mushrooms, capers, regional cheeses, cured hams and wild rocket.

In the traditions of traditional Italian pizza making and our commitment to the development of bespoke foods, customers can choose the combination of toppings they require to create unique pizzas.

When our pizzas are cooked from frozen for 10 minutes in a conventional oven, the consumer will experience the truly authentic and all too rare taste of Italian pizza fresh from a wood burning oven.
