BREAD CUP, THE PERFECT CARRIER
Available in three sizes 80g, 150g and 170g in white or brown bread. The Bread Cup is a fully baked thaw and serve carrier that can hold virtually any hot or cold filling. The patented manufacturing process means the cavity is sealed and therefore leakproof. The Bread Cup has been time tested with hot soup and after 8 hours the bread cup was still leak proof and the structure was intact.
Garlic Ciabatta
When we were asked to find a top quality garlic bread we soon realised that there wasn't one generally available - so we set out to make a garlic bread like those we had enjoyed in independent Mediterranean restaurants. We used fully baked ciabatta, split it lengthways and coated it with a fresh garlic and parsley mix before freezing it. Just pop it under the grill or in the oven for a few minutes and you'll never look back
Folded Pizza Bread
A Thaw and serve sandwich carrier made from an Italian pizza/bread dough. Fully baked and frozen in a permanent fold. Just thaw, fill and serve!
