Mexican Rice - White and Green
Based on authentic Mexican recipes, Bri-tal Foods can now offer two versions of Mexican rice i.e. White and Green.
Given the current growing interest in Mexican food, these rice blends are a fantastic addition to any menu development.
Fully cooked and IQF, the rice can be supplied in portion packs which are easily re-generated in a microwave in less than a minute, subject to the equipment being used.
The result is an authentic, high quality rice dish with both minimum waste and preparation time.
These Mexican versions are part of a range of bespoke rice blends that can be supplied by Bri-tal Foods.

Flavoured Spanish breads
Based on a classic Ciabatta dough, Bri-tal Foods has developed a range of "thaw and serve" flavoured breads for a variety of different applications.
Initially there are three versions i.e. Fried Onion, Chilli and Whole Peppercorn and Green and Black Olives, all of which can be used as part of a bread sharing platter or as an accompaniment.
As the photograph opposite demonstrates, the breads can also be used as an interesting and different alternative to the normal sandwich offerings.

Stirata Romana - An Italian flatbread
Produced in the very south of Italy, Stirata Romana is an unusual and versatile flatbread for use in many applications. Ideal for a sharing bread platter, or as a bread accompaniment, with or without garlic butter or as a possible pizza base.
The product is fully cooked so it is truly "thaw and serve" and easy to use.
